Some days the mischief never ends. It's amazing how you can look down at them one minute and the next look to find this. I was standing right next to her making pies and the next time I look down I have one more mess. Madison is such an observant child she does not miss a thing. I'm not sure what she thought she was making but she really thought she had done something. The one thing I can not figure out was the first two pictures. I had just bought the salt and pepper bowls. You use them when you are cooking so that you don't contaminate your whole box of salt. Anyway, I have not used them yet, so tell me how she would know that is what it was for. She is just that smart I suppose.
Ever wonder what goes through the minds of children. Today I wonder why Madison thinks wearing daddies shoes are fun and why does Madison think that daddies shoe makes the perfect baby carriage. Those are the questions. She loves her daddy so I guess she just loves his shoes too.

Last night was the Member Guest Tournament Party and Madison was the life of the party. She was in a foul mood at first but quickly came out of it. I didn't get many pictures, but I did get a few of Madison on the dance floor. Luckily, Mrs. Gillies was a good sport. She would drag innocent members passing by her out on to the floor to dance. She had a wonderful time. She is such a social butterfly. Mike's tournament went amazing. I had so many members come up to me and tell me what a wonderful job he had done and that it was the best tournament they had ever had. We know our daddy is the best but its nice to hear it from other people.
Madison and I have been in Kentucky for the big birthday/wedding weekend. Thursday night Shae and JoJo visit the nursing home and left Makayla with me. I, I'm not sure what I was thinking, decided to go to K'Mart with the girls. On the way the fuss was over Madison's paci since Makayla is no longer allowed one. Then we get to the store and I got my first taste of what it will be like to have two to load and unload. The girls were decent?! Makayla dumped a whole large sweet tea out in the middle of the store and then they decided they wanted in the big part of the cart where they found my lotion and decided to lather each other up. Madison hates riding so she fussed the whole time wanting down. Needless to say it took opening several different toys and a whole box of fruit snacks for us to make it through the store. Luckily Shae met us there before I lost my head. I'm not sure that I will be taking them back by myself any time soon.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads and especially our daddy Mike. Madison and I have been preparing for a few days now. We started by doing some shopping for daddy and then we had to pick out a card. Naturally Madison wanted one of the singing cards which very loudly plays "What I like about you". She thought it was hilarious! Then once she had breakfast this morning and dad was of to work we started working on his cards. You can see that Madison made her own for him that she was very proud of. Once we got all dressed up we met dad for brunch at our favorite restaurant The Hornet's Nest. Well, she had "her" card ready and gave it to him the moment he walked in then once we got seated she gave him the musical one. Which I'm sure embarrassed him slightly since everyone started looking and smiling. Madison tends to take the spotlight where ever we go. Madison has a wonderful father who she loves so much. We may not always get to spend the most time with him (it being golf season and all) and I know that I harass him much more than I should about it, but he is truly a wonderful loving father to Madison. She lights up when he comes home or walks into the room and to a little girl that is all that matters. Happy Fathers Day Mike we love you. Thank you for everything that you do and provide for us. Love, Madison and MeLeah

Just when you thought the pictures couldn't get any prettier I get an email from Aunt Debbie tonight and was once again blown away by the pictures. Some people just have the natural ability to do anything and she is definitely one of those people. After the last ones I didn't think I would see many pictures this beautiful of Madison and then here they are. She won't even sit still for me let alone let me get these kind of shots. If Aunt Debbie lived in a big city she could make a fortune with these kind of pictures. Thank you so much Aunt Debbie these pictures are priceless. I have to say she looks just like Mike in these shots. Maybe I will be able to claim Makenzie. HAHA
Madison's great grandpa built her steps so that she could get onto her bed easier. I ask for 1x1 but he wanted something that she couldn't turn over on herself. The end product is very cute and they definitely aren't going anywhere, considering that I can barely drag them. She is really enjoying them. Thank you Pawpaw Overton.
